Understory is offering Spanish Classes beginning with a 6-week session this June and July in Minneapolis.
Beginner and Intermediate classes are offered, with a focus on practical Spanish for doing things in a sustainable world: building, growing food, cooking, interacting with neighbors, and more.
Classes will be divided between core grammar/capacity building, and expanding vocabulary. Fun will be had.
May Day, the Spring festival and ritual of blooming after a long Minnesota winter, was marked in Minneapolis on May 4. Understory is proud to have contributed, with director Reed Aubin as staff artist at In the Heart of the Beast Puppet and Mask Theatre, creators of the parade and ceremony. For more accounts and pics of the event, see the hobt web page.
